Manufacturing Details
  • Revolution™ cold plates utilize the complex machining and joining processes of Niagara Thermal in combination with Wolverine’s Micro Deformation Technology (MDT)
  • The MDT patented process mechanically and plastically deforms the work piece to form finite and repeatable high tolerance micro channels with varying depths, orientation, spacing and angularity

  • Integral, microchannel heat transfer enhanced surfaces provide the highest level of performance
    • Fins per inch: 8-650 (3-255 Fins/Centimeter)
    • Pins can be formed in either an in-line or staggered pattern.
    • Selective heat transfer locations (Fins or pins can be added in specific “island” locations or on across entire surface)
