The ability to vary the material, configuration, thickness and density of heat transfer surface is critically important to heat transfer design. With over 3,000 different fin configurations available in a wide variety of materials, Niagara Thermal can help you optimize your heat transfer system or component(s).

Our precise manufacturing methods ensure optimal tolerance control and high thermal performance. A wide range of reciprocating die presses, as well as high-speed roll-form presses, give us the ability to produce the broadest range of fin designs in the industry. Our inventory of over 3,000 fin formation tool sets enables us to produce many fin designs with minimal to no added tooling cost, which gives us the flexibility to supply everything from prototype to large production orders at an affordable price.
