Custom Heat Exchangers



Design

Heat exchangers are designed to maximize the surface area of the wall between two fluids, while minimizing resistance to fluid flow through the exchanger. We use our extensive technical capabilities, including thermal analysis, CFD and FEA, to ensure efficient and effective optimized designs.

Niagara Thermal manufactures heat exchangers in a wide variety of materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, copper and cupro nickel, chosen based upon heat transfer or environmental requirements. Having many choices in materials and approach allows Niagara Thermal to fully optimize our heat exchanger designs. Our project management team-based approach provides quick and highly responsive design communication and interface.

Manufacturing

Niagara Thermal’s broad range of manufacturing methods provides an unusually large spectrum of possible strategies for increasing surface area and optimizing fluid flow through the heat exchanger. Our production and quality processes ensure optimal heat dissipation per surface area unit of measure. Our expertise in vacuum brazing a wide range of materials at both low and high temperatures, coupled with the broadest production capabilities in heat transfer fin, allow us to create the optimized compact thermal solution you require.
